At the Canadian American School, we have an open admission policy. We understand the challenges of families relocating to another country for business or job placement. This is why students can apply for admission throughout the year. Although we conduct initial assessments, we use this information primarily to guide instruction. We believe that all students can learn when exposed to high quality instruction coupled with a nurturing environment.

Our Admission Process

School Tour

School tours are typically scheduled for 30 minutes to an hour. During this time, families are able to tour the facilities, ask questions about the school and our programs, and sit in a class for at least 15 minutes. To book a tour appointment, please fill in all fields of the Tour Request Form, which can be accessed by clicking on the upper right hand corner icon found on every page of our website — Request a School Tour.

Enrollment Package

A CAS Information Pack includes an Application for Admission and can be downloaded here or requested by contacting our Admissions Officer.  Once downloaded, you can fill-up the Information Packet  and submit it online or at the time of your visit.  Upon deciding to apply and submitting the corresponding application for admission, the Enrollment Registration Fee may be paid directly to the School Registrar.

Review and Acceptance

Applications for admission are reviewed on a first-come, first-served basis.  Student transferees in the primary level are required to submit a true copy of the student’s transcript of record or final report card from previously attended schools and to sit for Math and Reading Assessments.

Canadian American School has ZERO tolerance for anyone that exhibits rude and disrespectful behavior in person, online, or on the phone, towards any  CAS director, officer, teacher, staffer, or student.
